Our biggest bugbear with camp frying pans is that you always end up with a burnt spot right over where your stove is hottest. So imagine our delight when we discovered that this one from Sea to Summit has a special three-ply base to prevent that. Sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel is a super-conducive aluminium core that spreads the heat out right around the base of the pan. It’s suitable for both gas and induction hobs, and features a removable handle for easy transport and storage.
