Sandqvist’s super-streamlined Konrad daypack is designed to withstand a proper soaking. They’ve armoured up the recycled polyester shell (which was water-resistant anyway) with a waterproof TPU coating, and locked everything down with a roll-top closure and waterproof YKK AquaGuard zips. Even the side slip pockets that sit on the outside of Sandqvist’s other bags have been moved inside the Konrad to keep the silhouette clean and the seams to a minimum. Shoulder straps and back panel are both padded for a comfortable carry all day long, and there’s an external zip pocket for easy access on the go. It might look stylish, but this is a seriously functional outdoor bag that’ll shrug off a downpour, keeping your stuff safe through the heaviest of weather. It’s a great choice for cyclists, particularly since the reflective webbing will pop at night for added visibility on the road.
