Short Lined Cruiser
$4,197.00 Original price was: $4,197.00.$419.70Current price is: $419.70.
The iconic logger jacket in a great-looking modern cut
Filson’s tin cruiser is a jacket with some serious pedigree. Constructed in their famous 14oz oil-finish tin cloth waxed cotton duck, coats like this have protected gold prospectors, lumberjacks and back-country hunters for more than a century. Styles and fits change, of course, and this latest version of the tin cruiser has been brought up to date with a slimmer cut and a shorter length that hits around the hip – perfect for driving or accessing a tool belt. The front and cuffs do up with sturdy metal buttons, and there are roomy hand pockets plus two on the chest – one with utility slots and one with a buttoned flap. Unlike some earlier iterations of the tin cruiser, this one is lined for comfort, with Filson’s trademark dry-finish cover cloth in the body and silky polyester twill in the sleeves. Initially quite stiff, tin cloth wears in rather like leather – so the worst this jacket will ever look is the day you get it.
